Payment

Payment can be made by major credit card (Visa, MasterCard), traveller's cheques or cash. Personal cheques only for advance reservations.

Bookings confirmation

Bookings will be confirmed on:

1) Receipt of credit card details. Your card will not be debited until your arrival or cancellation (in accordance with cancellation policy),

OR

2) Receipt of cheque or money order to the value of 1 nights tariff or 1/3 of total tariff, whichever is greater.

Cancellation charges

Off-peak

• Greater than 14 days prior to arrival: $30 cancellation fee.
• Between 3-13 days prior to arrival: 1 nights tariff or 1/3 of total tariff, whichever is greater.
• Less than 3 days prior to arrival: full tariff.

Peak and long weekends

• Greater than 30 days prior to arrival: $50 cancellation fee.
• 8-30 days prior to arrival: 1 nights tariff or 1/3 of total tariff, whichever is greater.
• Less than 8 days prior to arrival: full tariff.

Conditions

Azura Beach House is a non-smoking environment. Please limit smoking to the outdoor decks and pool areas only, thank you.
